WebDec 26, 2008 · Maybe start with E6 heads then. After you hog out the exhaust ports they will flow as much as the E7, then lay back the chamber wall around the intake valve, and shave the head to reduce overall chamber volume. If you port the stock heads and don't do something with the intake, you are going to get less noticable results from the porting. The stock lower intake, especially the #1 & #5 port are what kills the stock intake. The stock upper flows pretty good at 190 cfm. Tom Moss.
