I would get the Amplitrex or a combination of the maxi matcher and a well reconditioned Hickok . I have a Hickok 800 that I have rebuilt. There are far more sophisticated models as well.

I am concerned because I know the TV-7 doesn't test them at real operating voltages and I had problems with JJ 7591 tubes in the past especially not being matched.
