Web29 jan. 2024 · The Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon (ARCOTR) was established by the Secretary of the Army on July 11, 1984, and authorized for members of the Reserve Component (RC), to include the U.S. Army Reserves (USAR) and the Army National Guard (ANG). WebThe request for FSTE should be submitted at least 12 months before their current DEROS. If the soldier does not have 12 months, they can request an exception to policy if they state the reason why (AR 614-30 table 6-2, Milper Msg 99-124 para 3A).
