There is another issue with the Intel Atom processor that can be fixed by attaching a 100 Ohm resistor elsewhere on the board and I'll probably do that at the same time so that issue doesn't crop up as well. Also, the fix works if its done early, as the board it's used the metal migrates inside the transistors and they stop working. Although I will still try to send one to learn from the experience. I have a lot of these boards, some pre-RMA, and some purchased after the issue was addressed.
