I have just recently discovered super sampling and uncapping my FPS. I'm using an Nvidia 870m so I would think that I should be able to optimize a little. WebFastCS changes the value to zero when you’re in a cut scene. Simply change the FrameRateDivisor to either 1 or 2 to fix it. 1 = 60fps, 2 = 30 fps. Type one of these commands to reset the frame rate: //config FrameRateDivisor 1 //config FrameRateDivisor 2. I installed this addon too and didnt really know it was the one causing the problem.
